I create and market homemade jams and jellies made from wild fruits and fruits purchased at Farmer’s Markets and from fruit trucks. I use no preservatives and follow USDA standards. I market in 8oz jars and try to participate in the Chadron Farmer’s Market from JUNE through SEPTEMBER and other craft fairs, food expos and markets in the surrounding communties. I currently have 65-70 varieties of jams, jellies, preserves and marmalades. I make the usual varieties as well as the exotic such as Root Beer Jelly, Wine and Spirit Jellies, Blossom Jellies and more.

My best sellers are Chokecherry and Sweet Fire Salsa Jam and Jalapeno Jelly.  The regional jellies are all of the wild fruits we pick on our place such as Buffalo Berry, Chokecherry, Currant, Grape, Cactus, Rose Hip.  I try to develop new flavors and original recipes all of the time so the list is ever changing.

Only $5.00 a jar of homemade goodness

Available Year-Round
