The Dairy currently has a herd of over 25 Nubian Dairy Goats. The goats are fed organic hay, all natural grain, fresh water and minerals on a daily basis. Because of the care these goats receive, the milk they produce is top notch. Because of the abundance of milk produced, the dairy decided to put the excess milk to good use.
