FlowerField Farm is a new family operated natural produce farm in Banner County. We are striving to be a sustainable farm by using perennial plantings and plan to adopt permaculture practices in our future plantings and plan to become certified organic soon.
2010 is our first year selling at the Farmers Markets and our CSA will begin in 2011.
This year we are growing an assortment of heirloom vegetables from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, as well as fruits and cut flowers.
We have honey bee’s for polination and red wiggler worms for vermicomposting and bait. We also have all natural free range chicken eggs for sale.
Grass finished beef will be available this fall and our first piglets are due in September and all natural pork will be available next spring. We will be taking orders for meats by the pound at the Farmer’s Market.
We also have grass hay and straw available.

We will be at the Scottsbluff Farmers Market Saturday mornings.
Our CSA subscriptions will start June 2011 and shares can be picked up at either market or delivered to your doorstep.

The Open A Bar 2 Ranch, LLC is a family owned and operated all natural beef and pastured poultry operation. We are located in Western Nebraska between Scottsbluff, NE and Torrington, WY. Our goal is to provide an alternative and healthier source of all natural beef, pastured poultry and farm fresh pastured eggs to the discriminating consumer.
Our beef and poultry are raised the old fashioned way, meaning no growth hormones, no steroids and especially no feed antibiotics. In raising our animals this way, we feel comfortable and at ease that we are providing you with the best, most healthy products.
Many people are concerned how and where their food is raised and processed, you can place your trust in us. Humane treatment of all cattle and poultry in our program is always a top priority. We hand process our poultry here at the farm in a state inspected facility.
We sale our products here at the farm and also at various Farmer’s Markets during the summer. Please see our website for more information, products and pricing. Local delivery can be arranged.

Victory Hill Farm is a small family owned and operated, certified Class A goat dairy and cheese processing facility. Our mission is to grow, produce and sell locally the finest earth friendly farm products, specializing in farmstead artisan goat cheese.
We have started producing Feta, Chevre, and Gouda and have plans for many other varieties of cheese and goat milk products.
Other products currently available include milk fed pork, chevon (goat meat), and farm fresh eggs.
The next addition to the farm will be a rentable certified kitchen and meeting room with viewing windows into the milking parlor and cheese room.

Where Available: A small farmstore is located at Victory Hill Farm. Our own goat cheese, eggs, and USDA processed milk fed hogs and goats are available for sale. We are also interested in selling locally produced products.
With this as our first season, we are expanding and exploring our marketing options. Store hours have not been set as of yet. We hope to be at the local Farmer’s Markets this summer and possibly have product available in local stores.
