Beth Everett gave me permission to publish the drawing that accompanied our last CSA. The Garlic Twirls are a lot of fun and something you’re probably only likely to find at a farmers’ market. Looking forward to seeing what is in store for us this season!

I had these last weekend while I was in town visiting. The garlic twirls had the consistency of cooked green beans and a mild garlic flavor. They’d be perfect in a salad, atop of mashed potatoes or a veggie sandwich – that is, if you don’t eat them all up as they are cooked.
